Immersive 3D Event

1. ACCESS YOUR ISLAND

 In Chrome or Microsoft Edge click the button below. (Tablets, mobile devices, and Safari are not supported at this time)

2.  REGISTER

As a new user just as you would any other site

3. CREATE

Your custom avatar or character that best represents you.

4. CHECK

Your audio (and turn off bluetooth if audio is being sent to ear buds or another audio source.)

Optimize Your Setup

• Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up your avatar, check your audio, and practice some backflips. If you are a speaker, please arrive 15 minutes early or arrange another time to review presenter tools.
• Use a Chrome or Edge browser using a computer (PC, MAC, and even Linux machines will work), however, tablets, mobile devices, and Safari are not supported at this time.
• Disconnect from docking stations and second monitors.
• Close other tabs and windows to reduce the load on your computer.
• Use wired headphones to help reduce echo.
• Make sure your mic is enabled by your browser.
• If you get stuck trying to access the island or have an audio issue, here is a backup Zoom Meeting for tech support.
