INTERVIEW TRACT
INTERVIEW STAGE 1
(1-3 MINS EACH)
Candidates briefly meet with a client-side hiring manager or recruiter. Qualified candidates advance to Stage 2. Others are directed to the other two tracts.
INTERVIEW STAGE 2
(8-10 MINS EACH)
Candidates meet on-one with hiring manager or recruiter. Conversations take place via avatar or video conference. Qualified candidates advance to Stage 3. Others directed to…
APPLY FOR POSITION
Qualified candidates are instructed to apply for the position by clicking on a link that takes then directly to the clients’ ATS. No integrations are needed - candidate slides directly into clients’ existing infrastructure. On average 12% of candidates are given offers.

Small groups work together to solve visual puzzles and fun riddles time runs out.

WRAP UP
DANCE PARTY ON THE BEACH (MIN 85-90)
Event concludes with a dance party on the beach under the fireworks. 88% leave with improved perception of client’s brand and culture so even those not hired are more likely to become evangelists for your company.
